Your Role: Senior Project Planner Scheduler
As a Senior Project Planner Scheduler, you'll manage the planning and scheduling of bids, projects, and programs with precision. Your expertise will ensure efficient monitoring and control of tasks, deliverables, risks, workload, and costs.
You will have expertise in program/project management structures and baselines such as WBS, OBS, RAM, WPDDs, PMBs, etc, and control, in particular the use of PERT to develop schedules and Critical Path to manage schedules as well as Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
This role will be based at our Underwater Systems Rydalmere site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain crucial project management artefacts including WBS, OBS, RAM, and CADDs/WPPDs.
- Plan and schedule work scopes using advanced tools like Primavera, ensuring PMB integrity.
- Prepare insightful inputs for PMO monthly reporting and deliverables to customers.
- Implement EVM methods and drive PMB development and maintenance.
- Lead schedule risk analysis and conduct health checks using industry-standard tools.
- Foster collaborative relationships within the team and with stakeholders, supporting subordinates as needed.
Your Skills:
- Hold a TAFE or tertiary qualification in Business or Engineering.
- Bring a minimum of 9 years' experience in Project planning and Controls.
- Demonstrate expertise in EVM management and scheduling tools like Primavera.
- Proficient in schedule health checks and acceleration concepts.
- Skilled in PERT, CPM analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis.
- Master financial and budgetary control of work-packages.
- Excel as a team player with excellent communication skills.
