Due to continued growth within the Front of House Food and Beverage team, there are a number of opportunities available for Current School Students to undertake Hospitality Traineeships. Opportunities currently available include Culinary, Food & Beverage and Front of House. These positions are working on a part-time basis and specifically aimed at students looking to develop their skills within the hospitality sector. The qualification attached to this course will be a Certificate II in Hospitality.
About the Role: Use your customer service skills to provide guests with a personalised and memorable experience.
Duties:
- Take guests food and beverage orders, making recommendations and advising of menu options.
- Serve food and beverages to the table promptly following appropriate procedures.
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, dietary requirements and special requests.
- Record transactions using MICROS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of working area.
