In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support and act as the first point of contact for this welcoming school community, including staff and parents. The working hours for this role will be spread over two days. Friday's will be required; Thursday is the preferred additional day however is open for discussion. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your effective communication skills as well as your organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines.  

Joining a team of skilled professionals this role will see you 

• support the Principal and Schools Support Accountant to carry out a range of Financial processes 
• provide reception and administrative support within established routines and procedures 
• collaborate and communicate with others to ensure high professional standards are met 
• contribute to and promote the development, alignment, attainment and review of the strategic goals of the school.

As an Administration Officer with Toowoomba Catholic Schools, you will be joining a network of 32 schools who, with the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office, form Toowoomba Catholic Schools.
