We are looking for an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a temporary basis, to cover a period of team leave.
Our Accounts Payable Officer is part of our Finance Team, within our Corporate Services department. This position is responsible for providing a high degree of service to our staff and members of the school community, and running the Accounts Payable function effectively and efficiently.
This is a full-time, temporary position, commencing 24 June 2024 until 30 August 2024.

About you:
The successful applicant must have demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable and able to quickly and efficiently learn systems and processes.
You will be joining a tight-knit team and will need to be able to work well both independently and as a team-player. You will need excellent customer service skills and a willingness to help and support staff.
We value a can-do attitude and experience working across a variety of tasks and functions, including cashiering, end-of-month processes and AP/purchasing.
You must hold, or be able to obtain, a paid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
