About the role - We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated School Officer to support our Homework Club which provides support to students for two hours every afternoon. This is a casual position working 2 - 4 hours per week based on a roster system. In this role you will be expected to provide assistance to students who are completing homework, studying for exams, and preparing for assignments under the supervision of a registered teacher.
About you - To be successful in this role, you will be able to meet the following criteria:
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills,
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
- Proven organisational skills,
- An ability to work in partnership with colleagues and students,
- Hold a Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (High School Certificate).
