Total Remuneration $51,596 to $55,570 pa (including salary of $43,600 to $46,957 plus 17% superannuation and 12.96% leave loading)

As School Student Success Adviser, you will coordinate, administer, and monitor processes that support the academic progression of students in accordance with university policy and the university’s strategic goal to improve student retention. In addition to fostering positive relationships with stakeholders to enhance student outcomes, responsibilities will encompass administrative tasks, meticulous record-keeping, and active participation in reporting.

Position Requirements
Completed a Bachelor’s Degree and have relevant work experience; or have an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence, consult, and liaise with clients from a variety of cultural and educational backgrounds.
Proven attention to detail and the ability to solve problems, use good judgement, understand and interpret policy and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Ability to acquire knowledge of University policies and procedures and broad awareness of the issues of student progression in a tertiary environment.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the ongoing improvement of procedures, processes and systems.
Detailed knowledge and proficiency to effectively operate University operating systems and other software including word processing, spreadsheeting, database systems and email.
