Provide a high-quality laboratory service and technical expertise for the diagnosis and research of animal diseases in a NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities) accredited laboratory under ISO 17025 to support Tasmanian primary industries, native fauna and animal welfare.

• A degree in science relevant to the professional duties to be undertaken, as provided by a university.

• Experience working in a NATA ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.
• Post graduate degree and/or demonstrated contribution to scientific research.
