Project Support Officer - Events Tasmania (372938)

Appointment to the role is on a full-time, permanent basis (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight). 

• Contract processing for Events Tasmania funding deeds including grant approval processes and coordination of contract reporting requirements;
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders around finance processing, reporting and administration to support contract and grant deed development and execution;
• Provision of executive support to the Director, Events Tasmania, Major Events Group and the PW1 Steering Committee;
• Coordinate the planning and review cycle of Events Tasmania’s funding programs;
• Monitor and delegate incoming inquiries and email correspondence to Events Tasmania;
• Coordinate Events Tasmania’s website content, and support the development of regular event sector updates and other program, project and communication needs as required; and
• Other duties as required by the Director, Events Tasmania.

• A current drivers licence
