Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate rosters for care and support staff.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure rostering needs are met.
- Utilise advanced computer skills to input and maintain rostering data accurately.
- Demonstrate initiative in resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing staffing issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or community care sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
- High-level computer literacy, including proficiency in rostering software.
- Valid Working With Vulnerable People Certificate.
- Current Police Check.
