As an Agile Change Delivery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our portfolio management approach. Your unique contribution will be to apply agile work practices and techniques, ensuring a seamless flow of new initiatives. You will be the catalyst for change, driving the team’s velocity and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
We have two permanent vacancies these roles will ideally be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for the right candidate to really hit the ground running with the following experiences;
5+ years of experience in project management in an agile working environment (Scrum, Lean, Kanban etc)
Understanding of software development and the tools and technologies required to efficiently deliver change
Ability to develop strong working relationships with people across IAG
Demonstrated ability in managing complexity, ambiguity and responding to change
Leadership experience including building lean/ agile cultures
Certification in Agile Project Management
Desired working experience of Agile / Lean development practices
Desired experience as part of a cross-disciplined team that includes full-time staff, contractors, vendors, suppliers and systems integrators
Desired understanding of / experience with startup mentality (always seeking to return value for effort)
