Scrum MasterReporting into the
Scrum Master Capability Manager, the
Scrum Master will work collaboratively with Scrum teams, Agile Coaches and internal and external stakeholders, and will be part of the team responsible for guiding and coaching Scrum teams on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
What you will doAs an integral member of the Agile Centre of Enablement, you will:
- Facilitate all scrum events within the team, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Lead and coach cross-functional teams in Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
- Monitor and report on team progress, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members on Agile practices and mindset, fostering self-organisation and a culture of learning.
