• Facilitate all scrum events within the team, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Lead and coach cross-functional teams in Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
• Monitor and report on team progress, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members on Agile practices and mindset, fostering self-organisation and a culture of learning.
