The PositionDue to ongoing growth across the business and an increase in workload, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join the Software team. Role
- Assist in the coordination of Agile activities amongst multiple teams.
- Coach/Train of Agile methodologies amongst the software team members.
- Assist the Team Leaders and Department Head within Software with sprint planning and project management.
- Facilitate agile rituals.
- Liaise with a variety of internal stakeholders for both scope gathering and feedback purposes.
- Produce documentation and metrics on product completion progress.
- Manage expectations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Team to ensure delivery.
Requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with software packages such as Jira and Teams Planner.
- Experience with data driven decisions.
