Cleared ICT are supporting a privately owned Australian company who are looking to engage Software Engineers with Scrum experience with NV1 clearance or above. This is a permanent opportunity, based in Adelaide. You will be working on a variety of impactful and exciting projects that includes developing interactive and real-time modelling and simulation applications.
This is not a technical position.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- 2+ years Software Engineer experience
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Bonus: experience with Scaled Agile Framework
What you will be doing
- Execution: Focussing the team on delivering the work they committed to and removing impediments.
- Facilitation: Run team meetings, making sure everyone collaborates on the work and can speak openly and without fear of judgement.
- Leadership: Foster an environment where the team trusts, acts with integrity and feels empowered to make decisions on their own.
About you:
You have worked as a Software Engineer for 2+ years and have experience as a Scrum Master. You are ready to take the next step into a Scrum Master position where you will be leading teams, facilitating meetings and executing delivery of projects within timeframes.
