We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead and mentor our team leveraging agile methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Utilising your expertise in the facilitation of decision-making processes that drive meaningful outcomes, you will ensure our team delivers products of the highest quality and value. While managing the progress and performance of our multi-disciplinary teams you will identify opportunities to recommend and implement systematic improvements. You will also support the successful delivery of digital products into the South Australian community through the facilitation of agile ceremonies that include the demonstration of products to a wide variety of stakeholders.
Special Conditions:
- The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
- The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
- This role requires a National Criminal History check.
- Working within a confidential, commercially oriented and at times, politically sensitive environment.
Essential Qualifications
- Recognised Scrum Master qualification
