About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our Peter Stevens Motorcycles dealership in Geelong as a Sea-Doo and Can-Am Sales Specialist.
Whilst we represent iconic & premium motorcycle and scooter brands this SEADOO & CAN AM specialist role is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself into the powersports industry.
Extracurricular powersports activities are 100% encouraged and use of our demo Jet Ski's are just one of the many perks!
This position is a 5-day week including Saturdays with an RDO during the week (closed Sunday's)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through building strong relationships and consistency of follow-ups.
- Use ethical sales methods to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to and follow up on all sales enquiries via phone, online or walk-ins using appropriate methods.
- Ensure each customer has a strong introduction to the Parts/Accessories team, F&I team and Service team.
- Diligence in following up on all customer paperwork, with a strong attention to detail.
- Consistently keeping up to date with product knowledge and new models and trends in the motorcycle & watercraft industry.
About you:
- Previous experience in a related Automotive or leisure product sales role.
- Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, Internet.
- Some Technical knowledge relating to Watercraft is preferred.
- Excellent Phone manners and communication skills.
- Able to work Saturday's 9am-4pm
