Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Sales and Support Specialist to join our organisation. The ideal candidate will manage sales inquiries, develop quotes, and deliver outstanding support to our customers and installers. This role demands excellent communication skills and a robust technical background to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient management of Sales and Support tasks. Experience in the EV charging, solar, metering, and/or battery storage solutions space is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enquiries:
- Respond to sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Develop comprehensive quotes for hardware sales.
- Guide customers in selecting the right solutions for their needs.
- Liaise with delivery partners on retail enquiries.
Technical Support:
- Address technical inquiries and provide solutions.
- Offer technical support to trade customers.
- Manage warranty claims and coordinate with suppliers for resolution.
Order Management:
- Process orders and oversee payment reconciliation.
- Draft stock replenishment orders based on minimum stock levels.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or support role, preferably in technology or power solutions.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain energy metering and EV charging hardware.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in technical support or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with power technology products and solutions.
- Knowledge of order processing and inventory management systems.
