SalaryPOSITION – Seafood Manager
Seeking a qualified person for our specialised live abalone & live Hagfish operations in Eden NSW.
Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per annum plus superannuation.
The position requires minimum 2 years experience in the maintenance & quality control of live abalone & live hagfish.
Knowledge of bio filtration, pumping equipment, refrigeration & water testing.
Understanding of weather patterns, currents, winds, swell and weather apps.
Experience in dealing with state & federal fishing departments, Licencing and regulations.
Duties include, but not limited to processing, tanking, shucking, freezing, slime removal, packing, cleaning, documentation, staffing & driving.
Manual driver’s licence essential.
