One Training offers a wide range of Pre-Employment Programs as being the starting point for clients/participants entering or re-entering the workforce or developing a career. Our Programs are delivered by dynamic, highly skilled, engaging and compassionate industry professionals in an educational classroom setting. Our courseware is engaging, informative and designed to recognise and embrace diverse learners. Training delivery is a tailored approach in supporting the needs of the individual learner by activating a variety of methods to stimulate engagement, tackle challenges and build confidence in learning. One Training deeply values the commitment and expertise of the Trainer and Assessors and are looking to expand the team. This will be the ideal role for candidates who have a passion for high quality learning and teaching, learning intervention, marking and assessment, helping people succeed, and someone who can thrive in a fast-paced classroom environment.
Casual positions are available in a variety of locations in Sydney for an immediate start.

The Role
- Provide quality training and assessment through the face to face delivery of Pre Employment Programs to job seekers
- Provide encouragement and support to all participants and monitor engagement levels in each session
- Maintain the right balance and time management of teaching all course content and assisting participants in a patient and understanding manner
- Provide quality marking and assessing of participants workbooks
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- TAE 40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment OR
- TAE 40110 with TAEASS502 and TAELLN411 units OR
- A qualification that enables registration as a Secondary School Teacher
- Proven experience in achieving positive outcomes including participant engagement, retention and compliance
- Demonstrate flexible and adaptive training delivery experience
- Demonstrate industry currency/experience and professional development
- Ability to engage a varied demographic and learning requirements
- Personable, enthusiastic and the ability to bring energy to a room
- Experience in delivering work ready skills and digital literacy training would be an advantage
