THE ROLES ON OFFER
Section Waiters
As a Section Waiter you’ll be the heart of the action, where you’re not just serving plates, but orchestrating the entire dining experience. Your role will include sharing your enthusiasm for our dishes and beverage with guests whilst also taking charge of sections during busy periods.
Bartenders
Showcase your mixology skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll be the face of our bar, engaging with guests, crafting delightful cocktails, and ensuring that every visit is an unforgettable experience.

As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:
- Proven experience in an informal dining or similar high-end hospitality environment
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods
- Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work evenings, weekends
- A valid RSA certificate
- A desire to perform at the highest level
- Ability to travel independently & reliably
