About the role and team
Join our brand new security team for our healthcare client's state of the art manufacturing facility based in Clayton, starting on 1 August 2024. This role will be part of a customer-focused team of twenty, reporting into our Supervisor team. You will be the first point of contact for all who enter the premises, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating access control through internal systems.
- Conducting security inspections and patrols of laboratories, administration areas, warehouses, and outdoor spaces.
- Responding to security incidents and emergencies.
- Collaborating with law enforcement and security agencies.
- Providing administrative support and reception duties.
What we're looking for
- Customer service focus with a high level of communication and the ability to build rapport
- Holder of a current Victorian Security Licence
- Holder of a current Drivers Licence
- Completed a Certificate II or III in Security Operations
- Current First Aid & CPR qualifications, or willing to obtain this prior to employment
