Group Security protects the bank and our customers from theft, loss, and risk events, through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy and operational risk.As the Security Enablement Co-ordinator you will be reporting into the Chapter Lead Security Enablement part of the wider Group Security Transformation and Enablement practice.See Yourself in our TeamAs the Security Co-ordinator, you will be providing key administrative support across two Group Security Domains (Group Security Technology and Identity & Access Management). You will work with teams and support a variety of security services and solutions between the Group Security and the wider organisation. This role is heavily reliant on administrative work readiness tasks, however it also provides exposure and opportunities to build and develop your career within the Group Security Domain.Day to day responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support and general assistance to a wider team
- Support onboarding and off boarding activities for team members including ordering and managing equipment
- Work with the Courier and Mailroom Support Team (CaMS)
- Provide basic support to the Centre of Excellence teams – OCM, Delivery, Security Enablement – including participation in key initiatives where required
- Establish and facilitate team wide operational processes, including ongoing process improvement
- Provide overall generic support for the Centre of Excellence (COE) Chapter Area Lead including arranging events/team building events and catering where required
- Manage ad-hoc tasks and requests and complete work by the deadlines
- Ideally have a basic understanding of cyber or IT Strong organisational and communication skills
- Be customer obsessed and have a proactive attitude
- Strong stakeholder management experience working with functional and technical stakeholders
- Jira, Confluence, Microsoft – desirable
- Be a Team player and have an agile mindset

- Initial requirement for this role is 100% onsite however there is opportunity for this to be reviewed in the future
- Hours are Monday – Friday during business hours
