About the role
MSS Security is looking for Security Guards to work at Southbank on a rotating roster in a 24 hour environment. We are looking for experience working on Corporate sites.
The main duties in the role will be, but not limited to,
- Control room operations and alarm monitoring and response
- CCTV monitoring, footage review and download
- Incident management coordination including reporting and escalation to relevant MSS Manager and/or client representative
- Compliance with all standard operating procedures and local instructions
- Completion of all logs and registers accurately and to a high quality standard
- Performing Security Officer duties on other areas of the site as required according to the roster or management request
- Ensuring radio communications are delivered effectively and in line with correct procedure
Skills & experience
- Current VIC Security Licence with control room licence
- Demonstrated experience working on Corporate Sites
- Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
- Victorian drivers' licence
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Full Australian Working rights
- Ability to work a roster including including night shifts
