About the roles
These positions are primarily responsible for providing a security presence across the MSS Security portfolio whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and client-driven team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Work on a rotating roster, across multiple sites within the Sydney region.

Current Fulltime Relief Positions available:

• Diplomatic Security Officers
• University Campus Security Officers
• Corporate Security Officers
• Aviation Security Officers
• Government Security Officers

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Concierge / commercial building security
• Access control and monitor CCTV.
• Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries.
• Direct and escort visitors to site
• Visitors sign in/induction and maintain key registers and issue keys.
• Conduct foot patrols internal and external

Skills and Experience:

• Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
• Current NSW Security licence
• NV1 Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Australian Citizenship for candidates wanting to work within Government Security (due to clearance requirements)
• Dedication, reliability, and a commitment to security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exacting standards of presentation and grooming
• High level computer literacy skills
• The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment.
• Integrity and sound judgment
