The role:
Based in a retail environment, we are looking for multiple Security Officers, in Full Time and Part time positions, based in a Retail environment, location in and around Buddina, QLD that will be responsible for:

- Coordination and completion of necessary documentation in relation to incidents; security incidents; checklists and all major incidents
- Respond efficiently to any service complaints and resolve matters effectively.
- Conducting regular patrols and checks of the building
- Responding to codes when required and attending to any incidents
- Coordinating lock down and opening of buildings at set times
- Support management in situations of conflict & emergency management.
- Ensure the safety of staff on site.
- Provide accurate incident reports.
About you:
You will be a fully licensed security professional with experience working on busy sites with large volumes of people coming and going.
The successful applicants will ideally have:
- 1+ years experience as a security officer
- Ability and experience in leading teams
- Valid security license, first aid and CPR certificate
- A high standard of professionalism and presentation
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- A strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work
- Experience in a commercial building environment is beneficial but not essential.
