We are currently looking to employ a a full time Operations Supervisor to grow into Operations and Client Management.
The role will look after the day to day operational requirements of Security services across Residential, Retail, Events, Construction Commercial and Education sites with the view to Account manage clients/sites in the first 3-6 months, under the mentorship of a Senior Client & Operations Manager.
We are looking for a can do, customer service focussed, tech savvy, security experienced team member to work Full Time- Monday to Friday (sometimes may be required on weekends) to support our clients.
Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing and computer skills are critical to ensure the highest of security standards are provided at all times.
Ability to coach the team to meet clients needs also an important part of the role.
