We are seeking an experienced Security Service and Installation Technician for our Gold Coast operations. The successful candidate will maximise customer satisfaction and minimise customer site downtime by providing exceptional support.
This is a full-time role however we are open to applications from contractors who can provide a full-time service to our company.
Key responsibilities of the role include:-
• Service, maintenance AND INSTALLATION of alarm equipment including (but not limited too) Bosch, DAS, Concept, Protégé, Tecom, Inception and Integriti systems
• Service, maintenance and installation of both analogue and IP CCTV equipment, and networking of IP systems
• Service, maintenance AND INSTALLATION of access control and intercom systems, both residential and commercial
• Small to large project installations
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
• Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directed
Required Experience:-
• Open cabling Licence
• Minimum of 2 years experience in electronic security installations and servicing
• Experience with various security panels (Bosch, DAS, Concept, Protégé, Tecom, Inception and Integriti)
• Able to work safely to company policy and procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Good communication - both verbal and written and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
• A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment.
• Ability to gain security clearance
• Current drivers licence
• Current QLD Security Licence -Security Equipment Installer endorsement
