Based in their stunning showroom in this high-energy Inner-city location, the business is seeking a temporary Receptionist/Showroom Coordinator to act as the face of the business and provide administrative support on a 3-Month Contract!

The Responsibility
As the Showroom Coordinator, you would be responsible for:
- Providing tier one client services to elite stakeholders, industry representatives, visitors, and clients;
- Styling and maintaining the showroom;
- Coordinating team calendars, travel, couriers, bookings, and meetings;
- Organising catering and supporting with events coordination;
- Meeting and greeting, welcoming visitors into the showroom; answering phone calls and emails;
- Providing administrative support to the Sales & Product teams;
- Ad hoc Reception/Admin duties.
The successful candidate will ideally possess minimal experience in a Reception/Admin or Office Coordinator role, with an interest in the creative design industry. You will be mature in your approach to work, with a good attitude and friendly personality. A desire to commit and progress your career with this business for years to come. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are imperative, along with a strong attention to detail.
