The Aviation Security Site Supervisor is responsible assisting the Aviation Site Manager with the day-to-day workload of onsite employees, while also assisting with management of the operational client relationships, staff rosters, onsite delivery of quality assurance and compliance of all Aviation Security processes, Customer Service outcomes and continuous improvement
As the Aviation Site Supervisor your primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Continuously growing and strengthening the current service delivery partnerships, with high quality security services in a heavily regulated environment.
- Managing guards onsite
- Ensuring all complaints are investigated and addressed directly, while also communicating to the relevant stakeholders.
- Assisting with the recruitment and induction of personnel to meet a wide range of service demands.
- Providing prompt attention is given to any customer dissatisfaction.
- Ensuring communications are provided across all employee and management levels.
To be considered for the role you will require the following professional competencies:
- Excellent leadership skills with a record of developing and leading high performing teams in an industrial environment
- Strong influencing skills, resilience and a proven ability to navigate complexity in an ever-changing operational environment.
- Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement skill
You will also need to possess the following personal attributes:
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- NSW Security Licence
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
- Ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance - we will fund this application
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- High standards of professionalism and integrity
