The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to our Chief Information Security Officer, we are looking for a Security Strategy and Culture Manager to join our Brisbane office on a permanent basis.

You'll have the opportunity to join a talented and highly collaborative team who are working to reduce security risk across the firm.

This role focuses on security culture, reducing human risk and uplifting security awareness across the globe. You will lead awareness initiatives and work in collaboration with various stakeholders to make security awareness an engaging experience.

About you:

The successful candidate will have;

  • Demonstrated experience in developing awareness initiatives, delivering training programs, and facilitating culture change
  • Familiarity with organisational culture and the ability to influence people's behaviours
  • Good stakeholder engagement skills, paired with a passion for collaboration
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritise and manage a program of work
  • Relatable degrees, qualifications, skills or experience such as Communications, Marketing, Learning & Development, Organisational Change Management.
