Security Supervisor

As the Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing both internal and external security operations within our security portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to support our Security Operations Coordinator (SOC) and ensure the safety and security of our clients, venues, and assets. This role will provide guidance across all Security and RSA Marshalls, and collaborate between all Venue Managers, contributing to the reputation of Evolution Security.  

Responsibilities: 

• Plan, organise and assist the SOC with all tasks related to Evolution Security including administrative tasks.  
• Assist Clients with Security related enquiries including supplying Security Guards or RSA Marshalls when required, taking incoming calls afterhours.  
• Liaise regularly via phone and email with Clients. 
• Coordinate security support to our sites when required.  
• Assisting clients with after-hours support relating to site security.   
• Deliver best practice solutions in managing the Security & RSA Marshall Team.   
• Support Security and Venues where Possible. 
• Weekly Venue Visits. 
• Provide Weekly reports to the National Security General Manager. 
• Escalate any concerns regarding the Teams Performance. 

 Qualifications: 

• At least 3 years experience in security operations, with a proven track record of leadership and supervision. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with SOC, security team, and venue personnel. 
• Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices. 
• Ability to make quick and informed decisions during challenging situations. 
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected incidents calmly and efficiently. 
• Valid Security License, First Aid certificate and Driver’s license. 
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
• Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
