Position Purpose:
Facilitate driver debriefing and manage paperwork processing. Promote adherence to Company processes, Quality systems, and the risk management framework for streamlined and effective operational standards in line with the organisation.
Requirements:

• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Deadline-oriented and able to handle pressure.
• Self-managed, motivated, and flexible.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Debrief driver's manifests, address inefficiencies.
• Process driver manifests accurately.
• Maintain company systems with precision.
• Promptly handle service failures or damage issues.
• Daily scanning, filing, and document archiving.
• Support internal and external document requests.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the allocations office.

KPI's

• Completion of driver paperwork.
• Adherence to risk management framework.
• Accurate document scanning and archiving.
• Timely response to queries.
