Our Client is searching for amazing Support Workers to join her already incredible team. Our Client absolutely loves putting her tunes on and listening to her favourite songs as well as hopping in the car and going to the beach (sometimes via KFC for nuggets or a cheeseburger). She adores watching birds – in person is better but she also enjoys you tube videos of birds with calming music.
Our Client attends school during the weekdays so likes to do plenty of activities during the weekend so never expect a dull moment.
Our Clients’ Support schedule includes the following shifts, 6.00am to 8.00am (Tuesday to Thursday, 4.00pm to 6pm and 6pm to 10pm which is linked to a sleepover (Monday to Thursday), Fridays 3:30pm to 7pm and 9.00am to 6.00pm weekends. There is also an intensive roster for school holidays on top of the above where supports are required 08:00 to 18:00.
As well as all the fun things, support is required to assist with personal cares therapy care, meal prep and domestic support.

Your key responsibilities & accountabilities…
To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered.
Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients' needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist.
Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs.
Provide support to our Clients as required.
Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner.
Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required.
Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients.
To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals.
To be Successful you must…
Resonate with the role description above.
Hold CPR and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Hold NDIS worker screening (or willingness to obtain).
Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card.
Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain- preferred).
Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia.
Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives.
PEG feeding experience.
