About the role
We are currently seeking a driven and creative individual with experience in interior design to join our Selections Team!
Reporting to the Selections Team Leader, this service-orientated role will see you meet with new home buyers and advise them in making selections for their Rivergum home.
About your new career
- Guide customers through all the exterior and interior fixture and fitting options available and provide advice to assist their decision making.
- Provide precise and current information regarding all pricing and availability of products.
- Review all contractual documentation and plans, prepare accurate costings and variations.
- Ensure that our customers are always extended the highest level of customer service.
- Consistently keep abreast of interior design trends, colours, finishes and products, to provide current and innovative advice to customers.
- Maintain a high-level presentation and take ownership of the design studio.
- Keep track of all communication with clients.
About you
You will be a creative and innovative individual with a qualification in interior design, or a related discipline. Experience in joinery design is desirable, but not necessary.
You should enjoy a busy working environment and have high attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
Naturally, you will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to effectively anticipate the customer’s needs. You will be a structured individual who is able to prioritise and manage simultaneous projects and administrative tasks with competing timelines.
Candidates with experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry are particularly encouraged to register their interest.
