We're looking an experienced Senior Account Director to join our talented and diverse team at Razorfish in Sydney.

About the gig
You will be responsible for leading and directing client service and strategic insights, as well as managing growth and performance on some of Australia's most loved brands.
We're looking for someone that is customer focused, who can think strategically and proactively to extend on our client's business.
What we'll spot you doing…
Customer relationships
  • Oversee campaigns and projects ensuring they deliver above standard for clients.
  • Ensure contact reports are delivered for all client meetings, detailed calls and WIP meetings.
  • Communicate in a professional manner at all times.
  • Ensure the team develop clear written debriefs and project documentation.
  • Ensure all work adheres to client brand guidelines to and that all team members are across latest guidelines.
  • Communicate daily with the client giving project updates and priorities.
  • Provide pro-active thinking and ideas to the client.
  • Ensure an in-depth knowledge of the clients' business and industry and share insights/new information with the client.
  • Manage the involvement of Executive Sponsors and use these to aid the growth of account.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops and led presentations to the client.
  • Discuss and resolve issues with the client.
Client strategy
  • Understand the client/s marketing and business strategies.
  • Deliver on strategy briefs ensuring they are able to meet goals outlined within budget.
  • Work with the Strategy department by giving clear briefs, direction and feedback.
  • Deliver strategy that achieves the expected results for the client.
Partner/ Supplier integration management
  • Attend meetings with other clients' agencies and work together to meet joint objectives.
  • Build relationships with relevant suppliers/agencies to the benefit of Razorfish and the client business.
  • Ensure the Razorfish team deliver any requirements to other agencies in a timely and professional manner.
New Business
  • Seek and implement opportunities to grow both the clients and Razorfish business.
  • Share new contacts and opportunities with the Management team.
  • Contribute to specific pitches as requested and deliver to answer the brief.
Client Growth and Profitability
  • Approve estimates/re-estimates created by the team.
  • Ensure invoicing procedure is followed.
  • Ensure accurate job tracking of the team.
  • Complete accurate input into the monthly and annual forecasting.
  • Deliver the target level of profitability for the client.
  • Consider business building ideas to aid in meeting the financial target.
  • Achieve utilisation targets for the team.
Client product diversity
  • Continually consider new ideas to help client/s meet their goals.
  • Develop strategies to increase the use of other departments by the client.
  • Work with the Data, Digital and Strategy teams to consider approaches to build further connections with the client/s. Update teams on client business developments and opportunities by meeting regularly to discuss the client business.
  • Share ideas to help diversify and consider new approaches.
Project Management
  • Ensure the team deliver projects to deadline and budget with accuracy.
  • Approve briefs, estimates/timelines, internal concept review, copy, first and final artwork by relevant parties.
  • Ensure team follow process for production, artwork, approvals and proof reading.
  • Ensure team regularly updates relevant stakeholders with information on timelines and budgets.
  • Escalate issues to Manager (where required).
  • Ensure communications activity remains on-strategy throughout development and production.
  • Ensure metrics and predictions set and goals reached as per brief.
  • Ensure team develop Campaign Analysis and Case Studies at the conclusion of campaigns.
Team Leadership
  • Provide continual coaching, support and guidance to the Account Service team.
  • Ensure team deliver on their key responsibilities and targets.
  • Oversee annual reviews, development plans and key focus areas for direct reports.
  • Ensure high level of inter departmental communication.
  • Problem solve on issues with other department heads.
Your knowledge and expertise
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience working within a digital agency or consultancy
  • Good understanding of end-to-end digital disciplines including: Strategy, CX, UX and UI, SEO & Content, Digital Media (Paid Media, eCommerce and Programmatic), AdTech and Martech solutions including Google and Adobe
  • Demonstrated experience in growing client revenue
  • Ability to strategise (whilst working with internal strategy and solutions consulting teams) with clients on their objectives
