Job Purpose:
The Senior Account Manager plays an integral role within the agency with respect to the client portfolio; and holds accountability for client strategy, performance and retention.
A strong level of understanding of the digital eco-system is essential, with the role heavily immersed in the digital landscape in the form of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Klayvio/MailChimp, Google Analytics and Shopify. Confident and well-versed across all aspects of marketing this role needs to work with clients to strategise and recommend the most effective opportunities to achieve client KPIs.
Client-facing, this role will manage all communication with assigned clients and also be responsible for onboarding new clients into the Agency alongside the Digital Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of 6 senior-weighted accounts (holistic approach)
- Briefing and managing content creation with Graphic Designers, Photographers and Videographers to support digital account requirements.
- Development and optimisation of the clients complete Facebook funnels —- content management and optimisation of their accounts.
- Work alongside our Google specialists and Campaign Manager (email automation) to ensure a holistic approach to your client’s digital account.
- Track and report on KPI’s, as well as identifying opportunities or issues with the client ahead of time.
- Reviewing e-store analytics and the conversion marketing matrix and provide strategic recommendations for improvements
- Identify up-sells and strategic suggestions for all of your retainer clients in conjunction with Digital Director including potential on-going work or additional ad-hoc or project work to drive agency sales targets.
- Identifying own knowledge gaps
- Management of monthly reporting to clients, championing client WIP’s and presentations
- Oversee and work alongside the Digital Director whilst supporting where necessary Digital Coordinators

Additional Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in a digital marketing agency in a similar role.
- Be able to;
- Create processes and procedures for your day-to-day.
- Identifying improvements and efficiencies to the Chain Social Account Management systems.
- Demonstrate your ability to work in a team environment where everyone wins.
