As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager who shares our passion for service excellence and innovative thinking to join our fast-paced and supportive team.

The Role

You will play a crucial role in managing our trust and general accounts, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to our vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants, and suppliers. This position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of your work, contribute to departmental strategies, and work closely with the leadership team to steer the agency towards continued success.

About You

• Proven experience in real estate trust account management.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using PropertyMe and a passion for working in a paperless environment.
• Experience in general Accounting and Xero. 
• Can multi -task and prioritise with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and client building skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player who enjoys collaborating with others.

• Competitive salary range from $60,000 - $90,000, plus CPD depending on experience.
