As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager who shares our passion for service excellence and innovative thinking to join our fast-paced and supportive team.
The Role
You will play a crucial role in managing our trust and general accounts, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to our vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants, and suppliers. This position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of your work, contribute to departmental strategies, and work closely with the leadership team to steer the agency towards continued success.
About You
- Proven experience in real estate trust account management.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using PropertyMe and a passion for working in a paperless environment.
- Experience in general Accounting and Xero.
- Can multi -task and prioritise with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and client building skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
