WHOLESALE ACCOUNT MANAGER

On the road sales representation - VIC West + SA
Part time (4 days) flexible hours

Our core purpose is to ensure the success of our brands and our retailers by nurturing positive relationships through a personalised approach and genuine passion for the lifestyle/homewares and gifting industry.
Due to an exciting growth phase we have a great opportunity for a highly motivated, on the road sales consultant to join our team. A background in wholesale sales and/or homewares/gifting is preferred but not necessary as we will provide full training on successful appointment.
Job tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with wholesale customers and clients in a well established territory.
- Tracking sales and managing sales processes
- Growing the customer base within your assigned territory
- Maximising every sales opportunity
- Scheduling and planning sales appointments. 80% on the road, 20% work from home.
- New business development
- Relaxed one on one brand showings
- In store merchandising
- General administrative duties
- Regular country trips within your designated territory.
Your background will include:
- A proven track record of face-to-face sales experience with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- A passion for achieving and exceeding sales budgets
- Experience in on the road sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and bubbly with a “can do” attitude
- Self-motivated and an ability to work autonomously
- Excellent personal presentation
- Have a genuine passion for homewares, bath and body products and/or fashion accessories.
Essential
· Must have an ABN as this will be a contractor agreement, mobile phone and reliable car with a current drivers licence
· Flexibile work hours. Permanent/ongoing contract
