This is an exciting time to join Daily Mail Australia in what marks the 10th year since the launch of the brand locally. As a Senior Account Manager you will act as the main point of contact across an extensive portfolio of clients to ensure national budgets are met both from a direct and programmatic perspective. You will work with your Group Sales Manager and collaborate with the wider sales team on all aspects of your agency/client patch from brief response to campaign implementation, optimisation and post campaign reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts while building strong client relationships
- Assist the National Sales team in reaching consistent revenue targets
- Resolve client issues in a timely manner and update clients regarding new product launches and tactical advertising opportunities
- Work closely with the wider sales team to accurately assist with media schedules, inventory forecasts and managing sponsorship availabilities
- Maintain an in-agency presence as a passionate brand ambassador, frequently presenting in market and maintaining visibility through ongoing client and agency entertainment
- Create proactive and reactive digital media solutions that will maximize advertiser results across Daily Mail Australia ultimately leading to client retention and growth.
Skills & experience:
- 6 + years’ experience in a similar role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong understanding of the media landscape and individual agency structure/process
- A professional attitude demonstrating consistent collaboration, positivity, confidence and self-motivation
- Proactivity approaching both internal and external tasks
