Senior Account Manager (Honeywell Process Solutions)

As a Senior Sales Manager at Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS), you will be a key player in driving revenue growth and profitability within the HPS business. Join our global team and make a significant impact!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development and Sales Strategy:

o Develop and execute growth strategies for the vertical.

o Represent Honeywell as the primary interface for the sector, communicating the value proposition to global customers.

o Collaborate with partners and Honeywell offices worldwide to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

2. Sales Leadership:

o Lead, motivate, and support regional sales teams to achieve annual targets.

o Develop selling competencies in local sellers and Account Managers.

o Analyze past wins and losses to create target profiles and effective strategies.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o Work closely with functional teams (e.g., Global Products, Marketing) to address global and regional needs.

o Drive change initiatives to enhance local sales of solutions.

4. Risk Assessment:

o Evaluate business risks and proactively escalate when necessary.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably within the HPS business.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Honeywell Process Solutions and relevant technologies.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
    • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
