The Opportunity
As the Senior Accountant, you'll be working with a small dynamic team of like-minded individuals. Your primary focus will be in the Tax Practice, meeting our client needs and delivering quality compliant solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping to drive the Tax Practice forward, leveraging your tax knowledge and experience.
- Collaborating with diverse clients, providing expert tax advice and solutions.
- Developing innovative strategies, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance.
- Be a key part of a team commited to achieving excellence in tax management.

This position is based in Darwin and is a full-time role offering a flexible, hybrid work arrangement (combining office and working from home).
You will have the following skills and qualifications:
- A relevant degree and CA or CPA qualification (or progressing towards).
- Experience with Xero Tax and Xero Practice Manager.
- Experience in tax accounting and client management.
- Outstanding communication, strong interpersonal and team skills.
- Agile, adaptable, and committed to high-quality processes.
- Tech-savvy with a keen eye for detail.
