Job Description
- Collaborate closely with outsourced service providers, reviewing their submitted work, and ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial documents, including management reports, financial statements, analysis of results, budgeting and forecasting, EVA, Corporate tax, BAS reporting, audit schedules, bank, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Communicate regularly with the finance team at the Singapore headquarters, participating in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities, as well as contributing to budgeting and forecasting exercises.
- Manage relationships with auditors and tax consultants, coordinating efforts on year-end and tax compliance matters.
- Oversee treasury-related functions, including bank covenant reporting, cash flow management, and forecasting.
- Conduct credit reviews on vendors/tenants and handle various ad-hoc financial matters as required.
The successful candidate will be a newly qualified or partially qualified Assistant Accountant or Accountant, who has a strong understanding of AASB Framework, Australian Income Tax and GST Legislation. Experience with SAP will be beneficial.
