The role:
Key responsibilities will include:
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS 16 along with experience in property leases.
- Review, investigate and provide insights on Occupancy and Leasing costs.
- Monitor all cost lines attributing to Leases and ensure the integrity of the groups Lease valuation.
- Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Managing queries from business partners.
- Driving continuous improvements across all aspects of financial reporting.
- Communication of risks/opportunities in the balance sheet to stakeholders.
- Deliver insightful analysis and recommendations to business partners.
- Ensure financial controls are in place and reviewed to comply with accounting policies and standards.
CA/CPA qualified with relevant tertiary qualifications, you will possess advanced Excel skills with previous experience using large ERP systems desirable.
