Reporting into our Accounts Payable (AP) Business Owner and joining the wider AP team that are at our Bindjareb office in Pinjarra, you will provide functional expertise in all AP related matters including systems, processes, and controls.
In addition, your key purpose and responsibilities will be:

  • Actively seeking out issues and identifying gaps along the RTP flow path where you’ll develop and implement effective solutions to support with continuous improvement.
  • Leading a variety of AP activities including actioning invoice holds and control reports, ensuring GST compliance, resolving invoice queries, and keeping procedures up to date.
  • Supporting all internal and external audit and compliance activities that involve providing required and information as requested.
  • Working collaboratively with your team and provide training and guidance where required whilst covering the role of your supervisor when the opportunity arises.
  • Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing an exceptional customer experience journey.
About you
To play a part in our ongoing success we are seeking someone with:
  • A background in Finance specialising in Accounts Payable.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce / Accounting would be considered desirable.
  • Previous exposure working within a large organisation demonstrating the ability to manage high volume invoices and balancing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end RTP processes with an understanding of business controls and compliance.
  • A self-starter approach and an analytical way of thinking that delivers out of the box initiatives and solutions to improve existing processes.
  • Proficient in using Oracle ERP or similar with the capacity to learn new systems efficiently.
  • Leadership attributes that will support team development and performance.
