I am working with a global organisation in the Sydney CBD, who specialise in engineering, insurance and property. They are looking for a Senior Admin Assistant to join them on a 12-month fixed term contract (mat cover).
Your new role
• Prepare agendas, correspondence and presentations for the team
• Organise meetings, travel arrangements, events and functions
• Composes correspondence, reports, newsletters, presentations, agendas for the team.
• Monthly tracking and recording of statistics for the department.
• Handle all administration duties within the office
• Assists in the development of the engineering business plan, and related event planning & functions
• Expense Management for all team members
• Analyses complex information requests, prepares special or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from number of sources.
• Providing back up administration support as required.

• Strong Excel, Word & Outlook skills
• Pro-active, can do demeanour
• Excellent attention to detail,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Significant interpersonal skills;
• Ability to handle confidential information and material,
