You'll be providing a wide range of advanced confidential secretarial, project support services, clerical, administrative and day to day support to the Director/s of Medical Services (DMS/s). Planning and organising the activities of the DMS/s ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner to ensure time and resources are allocated efficiently.
If you have:
- Demonstrated substantial experience in successfully providing a broad range of high level secretarial and administration support
- Proven substantial experience in the Microsoft Office suite of programs for formatting and managing meeting papers, preparing high quality reports and correspondence, briefs, and other documents
- Proven high level organisation and time management skills including the ability to priortise and complete a highly demanding workload and ensure tasks are completed by deadlines
- Proven effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience contributing to and working effectively within a project team
- Demonstrated understanding of integrity, responsibility and personal accountability and confidentiality
- Valid unrestricted drivers’ licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment and participate in the after-hours on-call roster
