Ballina District Hospital is seeking an Administration Officer to Provide administration and clerical support to the manager and team to facilitate proficient operation of the Northern Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service (NBIRS) and the Rural Spinal Cord Injury Service (RSCIS). Providing timely and accurate administrative and transactional services for members of the health care team in these services.
If you have/are:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports, documents and draft complex correspondence for senior officers, accurately and clearly.
- Competence in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email software, preferably Microsoft Office suite and the ability to implement new internal systems as required, including educating the team
- Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
