Office Manager / Team Assistant / Project Administration Support
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a self motivated and driven candidate who enjoys & thrives working in a fast paced, project driven environment.
This position is diverse & dynamic where no 2 days will be the same. You will be joining a multi state industry leader across the construction sector.
Your duties and responsibilities will entail components of but not limited to:
- General day to day Office Management duties
- Assisting with Bid Coordination & submissions
- Supporting a collaborative team with Project Administration support
- Assisting with events coordination
- Any adhoc administration tasks that may arise
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in the construction / project driven environment
- Relevant experience & a willingness to upskill or develop knowledge inline with the position requirements
- Experience assisting with bid submissions
- Has a positive can do attitude
- Excellent communication, organisation & IT skills
- Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
- Enjoys diversity in your role
Requirements:
- Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident
- Available for full time work
