ABOUT THE ROLE
Student Administration at the University of Notre Dame provides expertise, service and operational support across a broad range of student administration, student service and key regulatory, policy and compliance functions that support the academic decisions of the Faculties, Schools and other relevant departments at the university including enrolment, timetabling, student fees, examinations, international student compliance, student records, graduation and conferral. The position reports to the National Manager - Student Services and Graduation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support with administrative tasks relating to examinations.
- As part of a team, deliver centrally coordinated examinations throughout the academic year.
- Coordinate and roster Exam Invigilators collaborate with the timetabling team to collate scheduling of examinations (including deferred and alternative examinations).
- Assist in the compilation of reports, correspondence, and broader examination governance processes.
- Highlight any risks or exam incidents following escalation protocols and University policy.
- Respond to enquiries from Schools and students related to examinations and other Student Administration functions as and when required.
ABOUT YOU
- Supportive of the Objects of Notre Dame as a Catholic University.
- Completion of a degree OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Established administration experience, preferably in the tertiary or other education sectors.
- Exhibit good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Hold a high-level of computer literacy skills and ability to work
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment to deliver on assigned tasks.
- Proficient in handling private, sensitive and confidential information.
