We are currently seeking a compassionate Senior Administration Officerto join our team at Braemar Cooinda Aged Care Home on a full-time basis.
As Senior Administration Officer, you will support our Executive Manager to coordinate and manage the rosters of our talented team of Registered Nurses and Personal Care Assistants, all the while providing our residents and their families with respectful and efficient customer service.
Your well-honed communication, assessment and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when liaising with management about staffing requirements, promptly addressing rostering conflicts, as well as when creating meaningful connections with our residents and their families.
Now... to ensure our staff and residents at Braemar Cooinda get to experience your brilliance, we need to ensure you possess:
- Cert III or IV in Business Administration (or similar)
- previous scheduling, rostering or workforce management experience (desirable)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- evidence of Influenza vaccination, and
- full working rights in Australia.
