Story Fresh is looking to expand our administrative support with an additional part time position with a focus on customer service and data entry responsibilities.
What the job entails
- Initially a part-time position with the opportunity to move to full time
- First point of contact/support for the customer base thru phone/email
- Processing customer orders and manifests for distribution within daily timeframes
- Monitoring, managing and ordering stock for company's DC's
- Completion of daily documentation in accurate and timely manner
- Undertake data entry associated with payroll, reconciliations and customer management
- Responsible for visa checks, interview coordination, employment documentation and record keeping
- Other general administrative duties as required such as filing, cleaning, booking transport etc.
Required skills
- Prior experience in customer service, office or reception essential
- Excellent communication skills to enable effective interaction with range of customers in a professional and courteous manner
- High level of Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency essential to utilise spreadsheets and generate pivot tables
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Strong time management skills to complete daily tasks by deadlines
- Ability to interact with a close-knit team
- Able to take instruction and prioritise tasks
